Think of a time you felt really uncomfortable with your body.
You didn't feel confident and perhaps it made you sad.
Maybe it was the reason you didn't go to the beach that day
Maybe it was the reason you decided not to wear that outfit.
Ask yourself..
Why did you feel like this?
Concentrate on that feeling for a little bit, I know its hard.
Do you want to keep going down this same path?
Did you know that the average woman spends 30 years of her life on a diet?
How many years have you spent already?
Isn't now the time for change?
Do you want to keep dieting for the next 29 years or fix the problem now?
NOW I want you to think about your goal weight.
Think about what you want to do when you reach that special weight.
Think about the wonderful clothes you will wear.
Won't you feel good about yourself!?
Like you have achieved something!
Think of how proud your loved ones will be...
and how jealous your enemies will be.
Think about how fun it will be going down to the beach and showing off the body you have worked so hard for!
Remember that it is going to be tough, but you have the power to change!
You have the power to better yourself.
It is within you now!
All you need is within you right now and all you have to do is embrace it.
Fight the craving, it will be gone soon.
Will your quick fix of chocolate make you feel good?
Chances are its going to make you feel alot worse.
You deserve to be happy with your body!
Always remember, there is no shortcut to anywhere worth going.
Do it the healthy way, its the only way for maintaining weight loss.
Resist temptation!
