My idea for excercise andspeed of the motabolism

Ok here is a great way to excercise and lose weight fast with no pills or equipment JUST FOOD!

you start you day of by drinking juice and anything but concentrated, v8 or fresh squeezed fruits is the way to go
Then ever hour you eat something in order of the food pyramid like juice then the bottom to the top
Here is a link for a picture of the food pyramid
and that is how to speed up your motabolism, Make sure you excercise while doing this!!!!!!!!!! thanks

i have to admit, i haven't heard anything like this before and it sounds a little crazy, but worth a shot! do you know where you dad heard about it?
