5 Myths That Make You GAIN Weight!

1. EATING LESS and EXERCISING MORE = Weight Loss!

2. A calorie is a calorie, and they are ALL bad for you.

3. Eating fat.. WILL MAKE YOU FAT.

4. Going low carb or no carb will turn you into a skinny mini.

5. The only outcome of skipping meals is skipping lbs.

If you don't know what a myth is... it means it's FALSE!
All those ^^^ are absolutely ubsurd!
They are wrong, wrong, wrong!

Don't let those sneaky little tricksters fool ya.
